Tour Description
Our tour kicks off with hotel pick-ups starting at 07:30 AM. We then proceed to the upper city, where you'll find 16th-century architecture, including the São Benedito Church, Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora da Pena, and Igreja da Misericórdia.
Explore the remnants of the first Jesuit college in Brazil and the Paço Municipal. The lower section, once a prison, now houses a museum showcasing 17th and 18th-century images and furniture, while the upper section functions as the mayor's office.
To conclude, we will visit the landmark of the Brazilian lands, brought by Gonçalo Coelho in 1503. After this enriching historical experience, based on the itinerary, we will head to the beach (optional) at Coroa Vermelha (destination subject to schedule) for a rejuvenating swim.
