In this tour we will learn a little about the colonial past of Minas Gerais and its architectural heritage.

Tour Description

Sabará is located 20 km from BH, where we find the beautiful Churches of N. Senhora do Ó, considered the little princess of the Barroco Mineiro, by N. Senhora do Carmo, in which we find works by Aleijadinho, the Casa da Ópera Theater and the N. Senhora do Rosário Church, frequented only by slaves.

Congonhas is located 80 km from BH, we will visit the Church of Bom Jesus de Matosinhos and the main works of Antônio Francisco Lisboa (Aleijadinho) who are: The 12 prophets made in soapstone and the Wooden Sculptures of the Interior of the Vía Capillas Sacra that They are outside the Church. Return to BH at the end of the afternoon.
